In this project the customer required one additional bedroom in their home and the removal of one bathroom. All plumbing and electrical capped or moved to a newly constructed wall if a future homeowner wanted to convert back to original. Project included framing, flooring, windows, interior doors, insulation, vapour barrier, air barrier, drywall and trims.
